Its expected that the front usually runs a bit faster than the rear to help pull the tractor though turns, however the added weight of a loader can artificially change the tire pressure and this the actual size of the tire. You can maximize the life of your driveline by setting your tire pressure under the conditions that reflect the majority of your use.
