On a Ford 2120...key switch works but no 12 volts to starter solenoid wire. If you jump the battery 12v to the term on the solenoid it starts fine. I see the solenoid wire runs to a breaker / relay up top and gets 12 volts from the switch. Checked the wire and tests ok. Also checked the safety switch for the PTO...jumed it out and still no luck. Are there other safety switches or is the breaker / relay bad? Can I test the breaker / relay with a meter? What might be the obvious issue...did I miss something?
