was working tractor when it went to wide open 3,000rpm's plus had to shut off fuel to stop it. Linkage is still hook-up and moves on outside of governor cover. Can turn key off but keeps running. Also when satarting at times it just clicks - won't engage until you use charger on the boost side. THANKS DALE JENSEN FORD PARTS DEPT 800-542-2397
