After receiving the components in a zip-lock bag. I assembled them back together and adjusted now it mows great but lacks power when needed. you can speed it up and watch the gov. arm move back toward seat and stay... would it be possible to send a how to diagram to solve this problem Tim Estes tractorman540@yahoo.con
