I have a TCM loader with a Kubota D1503 diesel engine. The engine starts and idles fine but will not speed up more than 2-300 RPM's when you press the accelerator. All linkage is working properly and making full travel. The engine starts easily and runs smooth. The turbo does not seem to be kicking in either.

Chris, most of these Kubota engines have a pump to pump the fuel from the fuel tank to the injector pump. If this pump is bad the engine will not rev up to speed to work. You should also check the air filter and the fuel filter. These two filters will starve the engine. If all this fails, you may have a internal injector pump problem and a service tech will need to look at the engine.
