Fairly easy to replace. Remove driveshaft, pry out old seal and tap in new seal with a large socket that matches the seal diameter.

Had to make a tool to install. A "donut" made from 3/8 plywood. OD just under OD of seal and ID same as shaft. Slid a short piece of pipe over shaft to contact "donut" and hit with hammer. seal went in nice and even.
