Unhook the battery
The regulator is under the seat on the left side.
Unplug from the main harness
remove the 2 bolts holding it in place with its ground wire
bolt the new regulator in place remembering to install the ground wire with the mounting bolt
plug it into the main harness
hook the battery back up
