Tie down spring arms so they can not move while disarming them. Fold down safety arms. Remove the two threaded bolts from the window frame. Allow the frame to lay down on those same arms. Escape from under the frame. Lift one side of the frame out of the track. Replace roller. Do the same on the other side. Enter the cab under the frame as you did to escape. Lift the frame in place and reinstall the two bolts. Simple, quick and effective.
