We had a HARD time removing the old PULLEY and had to use a cut off wheel, 2x prybars and brute force to remove from the mower deck, (Rusted on). YES, we tried pulley pullers, break free, etc. During this process, the drive shaft was scored and new pulley would not fit. SO, I got some 180 grit sand paper and hand sanded the shaft, removing all marks and making smooth again! Pulley and bearings fit perfectly now with .003" clearance.
