Remove all tins except for top. Drain coolant completely. On L3710, do not remove radiator. Remove fan belt and fan. Have a way to lay out all the screws and dowel pins in order. Remove old assembly. Clean gasket surface completely. Apply light coating of silicone gasket sealer to new gasket. Place gasket on dowel pins. Place new assembly. Tighten all screws to low torque for the smallest screws, using a star pattern. Tighten larger screws to their torque last. Refill radiator and reservoir, check all hoses. Run engine until warm and check for leaks.
