One a new o ring is installed on a hydraulic isolator valve for the IH 354 tractor, it dose not slide back in place easily. I discovered that its easier if I removed the round valve handle first. then the bushing with the o ring must be screwed in. It did not slid in place.
Install the 2 bolts in the bolt holes with the round face plate. Then tighten it down slowly and the valve will seat in place. Then reinstall the valve handle.
Note : this is after you screw the valve body in.
