The B2650 has a spring-loaded valve instead of a shut-off valve for the fuel. The quicker you remove the filter, the less fuel will be spilled.
Be sure to carefully remove and save the two o-rings. Use a screwdriver to pry the filter out of the bowl.

I reused the "O" rings. Next time I will buy new simply for peace of mind. The small one in the center is tedious to get out, while making sure not to damage it.
