Used a large punch to tap out the bearing on the opposite side of the wheel. Did this on both sides. Once the two old bearings were removed, I sanded the inside of the steel wheel where the bearings fitted and then used a wheel bearing screw press (from my automotive tools) to seat the bearings. I left the snap rings in place and used the snap rings to set the proper depth. Smoothed the front axle with some sandpaper, then slide the axle in, keeping the valve stem on the outside. Easy job and I liked how the two bearings were OEM - made in Japan. Not Chinese junk.
