Get some good drill bits, several sizes to step up to the final. That steel in the factory grill guard is very hard. Use cutting oil as you go.
Clamp the brush guard in place to mark the hole locations, leaving at least a 1/4" between the guard and the cross members so any vibrations won't drive you nuts later.

drill bit provided was great and I also used a smaller drill bit to drill a pilot hole also used vice gripes to hold guard in place while lining up

Use really good drill bit, this was by far the hardest bit (pun intended)
My guard was a little narrow, ~3/16" gap on each side. Thought about leaving a gap or adding spacers, but the tabs bend out enough to form good contact with OEM guard.

Have 2 people to make the initial marks where you want to drill the holes. 1 to hold the brush guard and the other to mark it with a paint pen.

1) Place new guard against the tractor guard with the bend in the new guard level along the middle brace on tractor guard. The top will be slightly higher than the tractor guard. Keep it level. Make sure to keep guard tight to tractors guard.
2) Placed a clamp on both top attachment points, double check to make sure guard stays level.
3) Using a 9/32 drill bit and making sure the guard was properly positioned and clamped against the tractors guard. On the bottom attachment points, I pushed inward slightly to make sure the guard stays tight to the tractors guard. The new guard will bend slightly. Drill a starting point on both sides. Make sure the guard stays in proper position.
4) Take guard off and continue drilling the bottom holes. Use plenty of oil to assist drilling. It's good steel. I did tape a shop towel below the hole to catch the oil runoff.
5) Insert lower bolts with new guard, tighten snug but be able to move.
7) Clamp top middle of guard to the tractor guard, you may have to slightly push each side in to line up with the outside of tractor guard. Drill a starting point on each side.
8) Take off the guard and continue drilling the holes, again using oil.
9) You should now be able to mount the new guard.

B2601 install From a video I saw on Messicks site I expected to bolt on to existing lower bolts and then drill 2 top holes.
Called messicks and parts as always was great and confirmed I needed to drill 4 holes, that I had the proper one.
Installed in an hour or less, tip is to have good drill bits..
