6 point sockets are recmommneded. some times the head of the bolt is worn down. they are inside the bale chamber and subject to wear. have replacement bolts on hand.

A couple of the bolts were rounded off a little bit from the hay pushing by. Might need to install new ones next time, I just moved the bottom bolts to the top.
