Detach the mowing deck from the tractor and pull it halfway out so u can get at it. Use a big screwdriver to put the middle pulley inward to slide the belt off. Put blocks under one side of the mowing deck so u can reach under it easily. I used a pipe wrench and breaker bar on the top and an adjustable wrench in the bottom to hold the nut. Then pry the pulley off with a screwdriver. Take the 4 bolts out of the pulley to put the new one the bracket . Then put the pulley bk on and tighten the nut bk up good. Its easiest if u unhook the spring, put the belt bk on, then use a long screwdriver to pull the spring bk over the metal loop. Then attach the mowing deck bk to the tractor. Once u get the shaft hooked bk into place the rest is fairly easy

Fairly straight forward. Hardest part was releasing the spring to loosen the belt.

I use a short piece of rope and a 2ft long piece of wood to put the tension spring back on the hook. Attach the rope to the end of the spring and the other end of the rope to the wood. Brace the end of the wood against the body of the mower deck. Pull the upper end of the wood and stretch the spring. Also, I have a hard time keeping the holes in the pulley from getting beat up. I going to try using 8mm bolts. If that doesn't work drilling new holes and tapping them.
