Lift seat and cover. Clean above and at area. Wire brush #2 phillips heads. Blow off, remove screws with stubby #2 phillips. Old sensor will slide up and out if you use a turning motion. New gasket and install new sensor and screws. Put dielectric grease on leads. No need to remove any other parts.
