REAP

In spite of the ongoing budget impasse, the SCC will begin accepting FY 2015-16 REAP Applications on August 3, 2015.

The SCC will start accepting applications for completed projects on August 3rd and applications for proposed projects will be accepted beginning August 17th. In addition, they have a sizable amount of applications being rolled over from FY 2014-15. Those applications will be first in line this year.

The SCC is unable to fully process applications until the budget officially passes (and REAP funding is secured). In the meantime, applications will be processed as much as possible and any eligibility questions that arise can be answered while we wait patiently for the PA budget to pass.

Check the links below for the FY 2015-16 Guidelines and Application. Check out the “What’s new...” doc for a summary of changes for this year. Everything is also now available on /uploads/assets/.
