You need to have a high torque impact wrench like the Milwaukee 1/2” 2767-20 M18 Fuel. I broke a number of things trying to use a pipe and breaker bar etc. You also need an impact rated 1-11/16” socket and probably a 1/2” to 3/4” adapter. Having two people is a bonus. If only 1 person, you can push something like a crowbar between the stump jumper and deck to stop it from spinning. PB Blaster is useful in getting the nut removed. Clean the nut, washer, bolt, and interface as well as you can after removal. Wire brush and Simple Green is what I use. Getting the blade plus bolt to sit in the hole while you move to the top to get the nut started is tricky with 1 person (adds 30 minutes) and easy with 2 people. You need to gently spin the nut on without disturbing the bolt or it will drop down and you will go back and forth from top to bottom to get the nut snug. I just torque it with my high torque impact but you could try a real torque wrench.
