I installed this belt on a TC30 NH 4wd that has a frontend loader. I raised the loader to give a little more access. It would have been an undertaking if I had have removed all the sheet metal and radiator to install the belt. After loosening the alternator I pushed the belt over the fan blades one at the time until it could be removed. This unit has a plastic fan. Much care was taken not to break a blade. The new belt was installed in the reverse as the old belt was removed. The gap between the fan blades and the fan shroud is pretty small. That was the biggest issue I had with changing the belt. Just be patient.
