Status Descriptions
Available - Unit is available for purchase
Out on Demo - Unit is off-site on a customer demo
Consignment (at Messicks) - Unit is a consignment sale piece located on-site
Consignment (at Customer) - Unit is a consignment sale piece located with the customer
Sale Pending - Unit is spoken for, but the sale has not completed.
Hold - Unit is available for purchase, but is held for various reasons. Including a customer traveling distance to see it, mechanical repairs, etc.
Service Loaner - Unit is on load to a customer having service work done.
Rental - Unit is being used in our rental fleet and would be available for sale upon its return
Coming - Unit is traded, but the transaction with the owner is not complete.
Clearance - Units price has been heavily discounted to move.
Sold - Unit has sold and left Messicks lot.
