SXL Models

• Available in 2 models (4 sizes): SXL2636 no ext - 1,355 gallons / SXL2636 with 9" ext - 1,745 gallons / SXL3954 no ext - 2,033 gallons / SXL3954 w/9" ext - 2,617 gallons.
• Meyer SXL offers low load height for added convenience.

SXR Models

• Available in 2 models (3 sizes): SXR400 no ext - 1,870 gallons / SXR400 w/4" ext - 2,150 gallons / SXR500 no ext - 2,424 gallons.

Extension Package

• Meyer provides capacity extension options for SXL2636 (9"), SXL3954 (9"), and SXR400 (4") Crossfire models, allowing you to match load capacity and height to your requirements.

Hydraulic Lid Option

• The Hydraulic Lid feature offers cleaner transportation and reduced odor pollution.
• Right or Left hinge available with a standard port hole (SXR500 only).

Enhanced Design

• Wider and taller door opening for faster unloading of solid manure.
• Reinforced tailgate and redesigned, poly-lined gate tracks for improved long-term performance, even in cold weather.
• Stronger tailgate pivot arm with a dual hinge point to prevent sticking and wedging.

Splash Protection

• Angled splash shields are standard on the SXR500 model.
• Other models feature an angled splash shield system in the front and low-profile flat splash protection in the rear for low-clearance applications.

Tire Options

• Numerous tire/rim alternatives available depending on the model, including rib implement or used truck tires.

HD Axle System

• Heavy-duty offset tandem on Crossfire models with 3" spindles on SXL3954 & SXR500 (2 3/4" spindles on all other models), all featuring 8 bolts.
• 10 bolt hub/spindle option available on SXL3954 & SXR500 models with specific tire sizes.

Hitch Design

• All Crossfire Models feature a longer hitch design for increased clearance.
• SXR500 offers an additional 7" of length, which is optional on other Crossfire versions (Long Hitch standard on SXR500).

Robust Frame Design

• Custom formed channel frame design that efficiently transmits stress from hitch, axles, and body, eliminating long-term stress cracking.
• Contrasts with the unibody design common in most other V-type spreaders.

PTO Options

• 540 CV PTO is standard, with a 1000 CV PTO available as an option, both featuring a torque disconnect clutch for added protection.

Easy Cleanout

• Hinged expeller side panels on Meyer Crossfire models for convenient access and easy cleanout.

Direct Shaft Drive Expellers

• No rear chains on the spreader.
• Crossfire models include an overrunning clutch system on the expeller drive to reduce drivetrain backlash.

Shock Load Coupler System

• Drastically reduces stress related to frozen manure and foreign objects in your material.
• Combined with a torque disconnect clutch on the rear of the CV PTO shaft for added expeller drive system protection.

Vertical Twin Expellers

• Pulverize material for smooth, even application.
• Bands material across the back, similar to a fertilizer spreader, ensuring consistent product distribution.
• Paddles are replaceable and reversible.

T-Post Auger Hold-Down

• Retains a nylatron (non-maintenance) bushing, maintaining tight auger tolerance to the tank floor for more complete cleanout.

Sectionally Flighted 20" Lower Augers

• Propel material to the rear of the spreader.
• Full auger flighting with no paddles to wrap, freeze, or wedge material.

Automatic Roller Chain Oiler

• Standard feature that oils all roller chains each time the tailgate is cycled.
• Eliminates reduced access and manure contamination associated with oil bath systems.

Heavy Duty Drivetrain

• Crossfire models feature #120 final drive chains and #80 expeller and first reduction.
• Equipped with HD jackshafts, spring chain tensioning, and remote greasing for hard-to-reach spots.
• The auto roller chain oiler is standard for added convenience and extended chain life.

Independent Lower Auger Shear Bolt Protection

• Allows protection of an obstructed auger while still unloading the majority of the load with the other auger.

Wide Lower Body

• The Meyer spreader body is wider down low due to the dual lower auger arrangement, allowing for a lower load height with maximum capacity.
• Virtually eliminates bridging, a common issue in side delivery spreaders.

3 Auger System

• Unique three-auger system where lower 20" augers feed the door, while the upper 13" auger levels the load forward, eliminating bridging.

Rear Unload
