Single auger mixers employ the corner planetary gearbox to drive the auger, supported by our standard 3-year warranty. Twin and triple auger mixers feature heavy-duty planetary gearboxes designed and constructed to our precise specifications, backed by a 5-year warranty.

Our North American-engineered gearbox is compatible with most mixer models, offering flexibility to operate at either 1000 RPM or 540 RPM, with the primary aim of reducing heat buildup during the mixing process. The two-part design facilitates heat dissipation in the lower box before transferring it to the planetary gearbox.

The tub ends are roll-formed and robot-welded to achieve a smooth, consistent curve, resisting material buildup and establishing an incredibly robust bond on both sides. For mixers operating in moist feed conditions, stainless steel liners can be installed, extending the mixer's lifespan by an average of 10 years. These liners are positioned 30" high, providing maximum protection.
