Swap out the pins with Quick Release Pin 1/4" Diameter w/Lanyard Prevents Loss, Full 316 Stainless Steel, Bimini Top Pin, Marine Hardware. They come with a ball bearing at the end or a clevis end. Never dig for a pair of needle nose again! And if you drop the pin, it is tethered. Game changer.
