I cut the sheaves across the area of the woodruff key with a 4 inch grinder. Using this technique I only replaced the key and sheave. I did replace 1 grease fitting I dropped on grass. This took maybe 1 1/2 hours, or about 30 minutes per sheave.

New part needs to be cleaned. Shaft and key tolerances are extremely tight. I used impact wrench with new shakeproof fastener supplied by Messicks.
