have the bushhog wing in the up position and secure with pin before removing cylinder. Remove the lower pin cylinder first and then the top pin. A roll pin punch helps with the removal of the roll pin on the top cylinder pin attachment to the wing. In order to line up the holes for the new cylinder found it worked to attach hydraulic hose to vent side of cylinder and push out with hydraulic pressure from tractor - then change to correct push end after installing both pins and then install vent plug. Note for storage of bushhog: store with wings locked in upright position to avoid moisture pitting the inside wall of the single action cylinder and causing the seals to fail.
