The hardest part is removing the old ones. Take a die grinder with a diamond round nose bit and grind out 2 to 3 cuts into the bushing from one side to the other but do not grind into the arm. Then take a chisel and hammer to carefully separate the bushing from the arm enough to get a big punch and beat out the bushing. Installing the bushing. DO NOT beat the bushing into the are as it is a softer material. Use a press of some sort and line up the lube hole with the grease fitting taking care that the hole is offset to one end. Then slowly press the bushing in making sure you are going straight in or else you can damage the new bushing. Press it in flush with the arm. Your all done!
