Open and chuk the bail chamber then Have to remove the hay guide rotate the pto shaft with a large bar to get the desired time to the front then use an impact to remove old spring and guide if your not lucky enough to have it broken off already insert bolt from inside and but new tine and support bracket and tighten. Hold in place so it's straight with a screw driver then reinstall hay guide. Check for alignment by rotating pto shaft so it don't wear hay guide.
