Very hard pull to install for person with arthritic hands and reduced strength from age. I used a piece of parachute cord attached to the FEL (Front End Loader) and a pry bar to align hook end. Be careful, you can damage light-weight metal parts with the power of hydraulic force available from the FEL! Set up so spring is hanging from rear hook point, place loop around other end of spring, tie cord tightly and aligned to pull spring toward other hook point. Raise FEL slowly until hook point is at hook point. Use pry bar to ensure spring hook is in position to to relax tension upon hook point. Lower FEL to remove tension, work loop off spring hook (or cut cord). Set up for other side is the same, just different alignments. Was able to use steering arm on left side as pulling force but FEL will do the job. BE CAREFUL! The FEL can pull until the cord breaks or the spring is over extended which ruins it. Use of a ratchet strap can be used in place of FEL.
