My shade tree tips : break the cap loose before you pull the hydraulic cylinder off the tractor , it kept spinning in the vise , buy a seal twister tool for installing the inside seals , other than that it was easy and my cylinder is now leak free !

Seal kit had all parts needed for the repair. Would be nice to have a drawing description on which way the seal need to install.

Use a work bench large enough for the cylinder. Keep the old parts in order as you remove them. Match the new parts with the old parts. An impact wrench is needed to remove the locknut on the internal shaft. YouTube has several videos that might help the process. Finished a fairly easy job with an essentially new cylinder!
