1. With the damaged brush guard removed and the bucket down flat set the new brush guard on the floor and lifted into place while sitting on bucket. 2. Set one leg of the brush grard against the front hole in the frame. Used a tapered punch to allign the first pair of front holes. 3. Checked which holes the bolts were located and needed to adjust. 4. Spread the legs of the brush guard then removed the tapered punch and pushed the new guard fully into position. 5. Used two tapered punches to allign the front holes in the frame and the brush guard mounting holes. 6. Rotated brush guard on the tapered punches to bring rear bolt holes into allignment. (Half inch diameter punches about 10 inches long allow moving the parts precisely without dropping parts to achieve allignment.) 7. Inserted rear bolts, added lock tite, snugged rear bolts. 8. Removed one tapered punch then inserted one front bolt, added lock tite, and snugged. 9. Removed second tapered punch then inserted second front bolt, added lock tite, and snugged. 10. Torqued all bolts to 165 ft Pounds. 11. Recycled damaged part. MDP2
