Install in warmer weather - not freezing like me - so that the (plastic? rubber? ???) sleeves you have to run the wire through will stretch a little. I recommend moving the button to the left side of the control rod (lever) so that it's out of the way of one's hand. The dealer installed the original grapple on/off button onto the front of the bucket control rod which caused issues (see below). You may try different locations yourself in order to find the one that's best for you. The reason for moving the button to the left side of the control rod is that I would keep accidently hitting the original one with the bottom part of my hand while working with the bucket and using the control rod. I unknowingly hit the button much more frequently (and probably with more force) when I was wearing gloves so besides turning on/off the grapple's jaws at inconvenient times, I believe it contributed to the fact that the lighted button was suddenly missing (broke off) and that I could no longer turn on/off the grapples jaws because of this problem.
