Use an electric or pneumatic impact gun to remove the bolt holding the blades. Remove debris from the washers and hardware. Also, make sure to take off the protective cups on the bottom of the spindles and clean out all dirt, grass, and excess grease. Reinstall the pieces in the correct order paying close attention to the cupped washers. They should both be cupped toward the blade. Also, make sure spacer with hexagonal hole is properly seated, then hold the blade and hardware in place with one hand while finger tightening the bolt. Set a torque wrench to the proper amount (all of my machines use a max torque of 87ft.lbs.) if need be, use a pice of 2x4 or 4x4 blocking to hold blade in place while tightening.

I use a cordless DEWALT 20V MAX XR 1/2" High Torque Impact Wrench with a 30 MM impact socket. Don't have to lock the blades just comes right off. Need to get the tractor up off the ground to facilitate the length of the impact wrench.
