#K3181-94612 KIT LEVER, PTO

This is slightly difficult. The console itself is fairly easy to remove. The worse thing is getting the control handle and height adjustment knobs off. Once the console is loose enough, all of the wires can be unplugged from the bottom side of the console. Get the clips from the bottom and top of the Pto link. Remove link. The lever is the most time consuming. Take the 2-bolt cover plate off that sets just to the inside and lower on the r/h fender. Take the middle and rear bolt out of the r/h fender. Take the rear mounting bolt for the fuel tank out. There’s are 3 bolts off of the Pto lever pivot bracket. Now, slide the fender and fuel tank outward just enough to remover the Pto lever. Install the new lever, then the lever pivot bracket. Watch the Pto lever spring that it doesn’t fly off. Reassemble the rest in reverse order of disassembly. (My unit is a ZD331 with a 60” pro deck.)
