Kubota #L2265 3rd Function Valve kit for LA805 & LA1055 Loaders

First be advised that this installation was to add a 3rd function to a tractor that had the hydraulic quick attachment feature already installed. There is no instructions that cover this type of upgrade. So first if you purchase the 3rd function installation package you can throw away most of the parts you will receive. Installation step 1). Remove the 3rd function valve from the mounting bracket (2 bolts). you don't need this mount. Step 2). using the removed 2 bolts, mount your 3rd function valve onto the hyd quick attach mounting bracket using the 2 holes provided in the assembly. Step 3). remove the straight #10 manifold fitting from the Power beyond port (left end) on the 3rd function valve and replace it with a 90 deg elbow (not part of the 3rd function kit). Step 4). Remove the tube from the power beyond bulkhead and hyd quick connect valve (this part is part of the quick connect assembly and is not needed with this 3rd function upgrade). Step 5). Install new mult twist (power beyond tube) to the 90 deg elbow installed on 3rd function valve and connect it to the power beyond bulkhead port. Step 6). Remove the existing tube connection the inlet bulkhead port and the quick connect valve and discard it (this part is not needed for the 3rd function upgrade). Step 7). Using the "C" shaped tube from the 3rd function kit connect the 3rd function valve to the quick connect (inlet) port. Step 8). Using the (2) longest hyd hoses feed them through the front loader arms to the quick connect couplers you will need to mount to the cross arm of your front loader. Step 9). Using the (2) shorter hyd hosed attach them on the 3rd function valve as indicated in the installation instruction. Step 10). do the wiring part of the instructions. Summary; It should only take 3 or 4 hours to install.
