Put the tractor in park remove the key and lay a cement block or some sort of weight on the forward hydro pedal . This holds the contact of the plunger. When removing the leave the adjustment nut on the old one as is and match the new one to it and install.

¾” wrench to loosen original nut Flat blade screw driver to assist in removing connector. Insert new switch till plunger gently depresses. Tighten new switch nut and reconnect connector wiring.

Unbolt the bracket holding the switch. This will give you access to remove the plug from the switch. Remove the switch from bracket after noting the depth of the switch in the bracket. Screw in the new switch to the same depth as the old one. Reattach plug. Bolt the bracket back in. You may have to rock the treadle pedal to get the clearance needed. There is a short pin on side of the bracket. Make sure it lines up and seats in the hole in the side upright mount (for lack of a better word).
