Straight forward easy install on my MX5400 Kubota. Simply slide the clips over the edge of the plastic seat shell, then screw the screws. Three for each arm rest. Caution, do not over tighten as they could strip.

Need to take care and place the spring nuts in the proper locations. There are dimples it the plastic seat bucket to aid placement. I found that a small block of wood and a rubber mallet helps in seating the spring clips. 3/8ths ratchet wrench is indispensable.

I took the seat pins off and removed the seat from its mount. Once I had the seat on the workbench, the rest was easy. Took longer to take the seat out and in then it did to install the arm rests.

There is a dimple on the tractor seat where the screw and shim that holds the screw should go. I used a battery powered ratchet and one of the included screws to "drill" out the dimple in the seat then put the shim over the hole. It was then very easy to screw the arm rests to the seat because the hole was pre-drilled.
