I managed to get the cutter blades installed solo. I used electrical tape to hold the bolt up into the blade. My arms were just long enough to aim the blade and get the bolt up into the hole, and with my other hand, I added the washer and nut. The bolt is keyed - there is a slot in the hole facing inward - so be sure that is aligned, and that when you tighten the bolt clears the top of the nut. The blade will swing free, but with limited clearance. I used a power torque wrench both to remove the old nuts, and to install the new ones.

Installed on a RCR1272 (6 foot) rotary cutter. I used an Astro Pneumatics 1/2" drive "THOR" G2 air impact wrench to remove the old bolts, and it took about 10 seconds on each one. For installation, use the Thor to snug them down, then a 36" 3/4" drive breaker bar and digital torque adapter to install. You'll have to sit down and brace yourself against the cutter to get the necessary leverage.

Make sure to have a 1-11/16 socket and a impact wrench. This takes more torque than I've seen on most things. 400lbs per foot.
