It was stuck on splines so we used a 10 ton hydraulic gear puller to get it off. nothing else would work. it came off. I advise to leave bolt partially on because it popped off fast the bolt will hold it from flying off.

installation is very simple. The difficult time consuming part was removal of the old dishpan. We spent several hours loosening blade bolts, main locking nut, and pounding on the dishpan carrier before everything was off. Use heat and penetrating oil on everything.
