If your old shoes are rusted, you may have to cut the bolts off. As far as installation after that, very simple. Insert bolts through the machine and the shoes and tighten. Make sure to align the bottom of your shoes, with the bottom of your snowblower edge. For gravel, I leave a 1/4-1/2-inch difference so I do not pick up and shoot stones.
