I had to use a gear puller to get the three pulleys off the blade spindles. After that just shine the spindles with Emery cloth (a lathe is very helpful with this) and shine up the spindle keys, I just use sand paper. The time listed above won’t reflect the actual time spent as I did the bearings on all three spindles. I work slow and am not in any particular hurry.
