Woods DS120 brush cutter, or similar, The most difficult part of installation is removing the blade pan from the brush cutter. 2 ratcheting load binders and a bottle jack made this task possible. Remove the blade pins and install a load binder in each pin hole, by unscrewing one side of the binders hook and threaded rod, slide the body of the binder through the pin hole and reinstall the hook to hold it in place. connect the load binders with a short length of chain, place the bottle jack on the chain and apply pressure to the output shaft. Leave the castle nut loose on the output shaft, so the blade pan does not dismount unexpectedly.
