Use a socket to drive out old seal and bushing after removing locking ring. Before driving out bushing use a socket and mark depth on the socket that way when you drive in new bushing and seal you’ll know how far without removing from vise and looking. Lubricate the housing before driving in me bushing and seal. Use lubricant on shaft when reinstalling.

Insert a socket that will slid into the receiving end of the housing after removing the locking ring. Mark the socket so you will know later how deep to drive the bushing and seal in. Use a smaller socket on the other end to drive the old bushing and seal out. Lubricate inside of housing with oil so bushing and seal will move into place easier. Change both sides while the hydraulic/transmission oil has already been removed from the transmission housing.

Set gasket then drive or press both gasket and bushing as assembly. My gasket was seized had to use heat to remove.

NH, TN-75, lower bar for 3pt. Carrier is tight to case. Use mallet to rotate carrier so ears can be used for leverage. Two people two pry bars to pull out. Assembly is easy but note the snap ring may be held in if bearing is not fully seated. Recommend new bearings if possible. Watch when assembling to ensure gasket is seated around spherical bearing so as to not damage during installation. Lube mating surfaces. Time is per side, you may make better time with these tips.
