The parts arrived about 5 PM and I placed the Bearing Ball in the freezer and left it there for about 24hrs. I cleaned the shaft with an emery sand paper and checked to make sure there were no burrs on it. I put the inside Flange in place , then slid the bearing. It went about half way, then I got the locking Collar on so I could tap the bearing the rest of the way in place. I had to pry the roller so the Bearing would fit in the Flange. Then I put the outer flange on and tightened the bolts. At last I put the drive cog and Chain. It took approximately 90 minutes from start to finish and since all the parts were installed together I only did the 1 explanation and time.
