Installing the hub is easy the rollers or idlers are the problem. Release tension on the belts give plenty of slack. Then I use a rachet strap to pull the sledge roller assembly forward (there is a support bar on the tractor side of the sledge assembly you can attach to) and hold it in place where you can access the bolts and hubs that holds the rollers. To pull roller remove bolts and hubs from both sides then slide roller out, it may take some force, be careful not to bend or damage roller. The tailgate will be near closed to get slack in the belts so it can be tight. Replace in reverse.

Remove spring to release cutting bar for easier installation. Use ratchet strap to hold roller suspended, have baler open to move left or right with a wedge, tap piece into place when lined up, install bolt, release strap. Return removed parts to original positions.
