This throttle cable fit my 2006 TD95D, hand throttle cable. Cab, 4WD. Install took longer just trying to figure out access to cable end at throttle lever and how to get through cab floor. Remove dash (4 screws, and unhook wiring and rpm cable for best access) then 4 bolts that hold steering/dash cover. 2 on inside of cab, at bottom. Pull back rubber mat to access these 2 bolts. The other 2 are accessed from outside of cab. Raise hood and the 2 bolts are just above the power steering valve. These are at an angle and are a little hard to get to, but not too bad. Then that whole metal cover is loose. Simply raise it slightly to access where cable goes through can floor.
