Loosen the LH (as sitting on the tractor) deck arbor cover to get the belt over the pulley. When the belt is in the arbor pulley tighten the cover back. Keep some tension on the belt as you install it onto the PTO clutch and the idler pulley to prevent the possibly of the belt coming off the arbor pulley.
