The hose that lifts the boom blew. First, extend the hoe out flat. This is a Woods BH 7500 backhoe. I unpinned the bottom of the boom, unpinned the boom piston (both ends) and the bottom of the stick piston. I blocked the stick piston out of the way. Then suck the boom piston all the way in. Disconnect the the boom piston hoses. You can then lift the piston out. The boom piston's hoses and the stick piston's hoses come up on either side of the boom piston when installed, tight fit. Jack the boom up so the hole where the hoses go is easier to get to. I used an electrical wire snake and pulled it through the boom with the blown hose so I could pull the new hose in. After getting the new hose in place, put everything back together. It will be much easier next time after doing it once.
