Easy, if the 90 degree portion of the retaining wire doesn’t brake off inside the cap, which it will, most likely happen. The this job will be a lot harder. If turning the end cap and the retaining wire does not spool out during disassembly, then the 90 degree has broken off and the retaining wire will not spool out. Don’t turn it any further as it will start to spring up in the grove inside the cap and cause it to bind more. Spray some break free in the entrance hole, heat it up (not too much), take a small drill bit, drill a hole in the ramp area to where you can see the end of the retaining wire. Tap the end of the wire that you can now see after the hole is drilled in the direction where it will spool out. Just enough with a punch where the first visible portion of the retaining wire can be clamped with a pair of vise grips and slowly turn the end cap while pulling the wire out. As for the seals, watch a few videos on how other seals go on, most are very similar. If you have an extra seal at the end of the job, then you missed the one that has a seal under one of the rubber o rings. Easy to miss. And buy the tool to install the inner seals… it will make life easier.
