The pulley needs the sleeve installed inside the bearing race. I have found that freezing the sleeve (or any interference fit item) overnight makes it easier to press in.

Pulley came with 5/8 bore. Had to machine bushing to adapt to my 1/2” mounting bolts. You would think that if you take the part number out of the oem parts diagram and order it, it would come in correct.
